Our approach is to tailor learning to the needs of our pupils. We welcome any pupil regardless of their abilities, attitude or behaviour. We work to engage with them, enable them, and re-engage them in their education. We believe that there are opportunities for every young person to engage, learn, achieve and realise their full potential regardless of what has gone on before.
Each provision is tailored to meet the needs of each individual pupil usually working in small groups. Pupils with SEND will be given individual attention. This may include a one to one mentor or working in small groups, individual time table or additional sessions in areas of need. Outside intervention will also be utilised where neccesary.
